NJ Tennis Direct operates an SMS notification program to keep you informed about the status of your racquet service order. By providing your mobile phone number at drop-off and checking the consent box on our intake form, you agree to receive the following types of SMS messages:
- Drop-off confirmation
- Service status updates
- Payment link (when applicable)
- Notification that your racquet is ready for pick-up
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 2–4 messages per service order.Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.Re-opt-in: Reply START or re-enter your number at our in-store kiosk at your next drop-off.Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at sales@njtennisdirect.com.
ConsentOpting in to SMS notifications is a condition of service at NJ Tennis Direct. SMS is our primary method of notifying you that your racquet is ready. If you opt out during an active service order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you by alternative means, but we cannot guarantee timely notification. You remain responsible for picking up your racquet within a reasonable timeframe.
